Texans Titans and Colts All Still Alive in AFC South

Texans Titans and Colts All Still Alive in AFC South

No division has more ups and downs than the AFC South.

The Houston Texans got off to an 0-3 start. The Tennessee Titans jumped to 5-4 with a convincing victory over the New England Patriots. Out of nowhere, Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts got hot and all of a sudden have a decent chance of making the playoffs despite a 1-5 start.

TNF Preview – Tough Calls at QB

Miami at Houston

Spread: Texans -7.5

When Miami Has The Ball:

Brock Osweiler will once again be leading this offense. Obviously, the Texans are very familiar with Osweiler and should do a great job of getting him out of his comfort zone. Osweiler will be without Kenny Stills and Albert Wilson, but DeVante Parker will play and should be looking to showcase his abilities to the other 31 teams prior to Tuesday’s trade deadline.

Why To Mostly Avoid Bills, Lions and Texans in Your Fantasy Lineup

Earlier in the week, we used Warren Sharp’s excellent strength of schedule metrics to examine offenses that have the easiest roads the rest of the season for their running and passing game.

Now, lets do the opposite. In this case, the Lions, Texans and Bills all appeared in the bottom five for defenses they will be facing from here on out. The Lions also happen to face the most difficult pass defenses and the Texans face the most difficult run defenses. What approach for fantasy should we take with these three teams?
